My First Ever Yorkshire Puddings, NYD 2011

My lovely mother-in-law, pictured here serving up dinner, taught me how to make Yorkshire puddings this year when we were up north for New Year's.  She is a very good teacher, and also has an amazing gas cooker with 8 burners on the stove.  I am very jealous of her stove.  Apparently the key to good Yorkshire puddings is having a northern mother-in-law.
